KB Sound Labs provide high quality speaker system design service. We develop systems from the scratch, helping manufacturers to develop systems more quickly and efficiently. Loudspeaker Development
Based on the target application and the physical characteristics of the components we will develop a cabinet that meets expectations. From full range enclosures to complicated line arrays, our extensive experience will provide your products with the know-how you were looking for.
Crossover Design
Based in measurements made in an anechoic environment we design crossover filters for any loudspeaker system. At KB Sound Labs we can design a PCB that supports the target power while minimizing mounting interference between components. We can provide manufacturing of finished crossovers for final assembly in the customer's workshop.
DSP Tunning
We can provide presets for different applications on the main platforms on the market. We can apply FIR filters and phase equalization to facilitate compatibility between systems. Our extensive experience in destruction testing provides advanced knowledge of how to protect equipment for long life use while also maintaining the most excellent sound.
Power Tests
KB Sound Labs perform fatigue tests of the systems in the most demanding way to be able to accurately determine their program and peak rms power values. Carrying out these tests allows us to obtain the real power values that a transducer can reach in a specific enclosure and in this way be able to obtain its maximum performance without any type of danger.
GUI Design
Our extensive experience in the world of live music and installation integration can help you generate user-friendly GUIs without ignoring the detailed needs of our clients. Acoustic Measurement
KB Sound Labs can perform directivity measurements in an anechoic chamber by providing on-axis measurements, polar diagrams, isobaric representations, and directivity balloons. We can create .gll files to use them for acoustic coverage prediction software.
